this style of yoga is great for everyone, especially for those new to yoga or perhaps have been inactive for a while, or those who may be experiencing physical limitations. classes are designed to to create an awareness of breath and body, improve balance, and increase flexibility. at the end of each class we will end with deep relaxation and a guided meditation to help release tension and reduce stress.
